Beverly C collects her MBE

Beverly C, styled by Bernard Connolly, recently became the first woman to be awarded an MBE for services to hairdressing. On receiving her accolade from HM The Queen, Beverly C said, “The whole day was incredible from start to finish!”

Beverly compared the excitement of the day to getting married “I was trying to get myself ready plus my three daughters - hair make-up and clothes for all of us… you can picture the scene!

Congratulations to all Entrants, Finalists and Winners of the 2007 British Hair Awards. The event is now so popular that competition is fierce in all categories and most of all in the regional categories, where previous winners also compete to achieve their Hall of Fame award – which is designed to recognise those finalists that consistently win their category.
